How Does it Work?
Pick a Day: The Photographer’s Pass is available Wednesday through Sunday, during this time the farm fields & playland are open for general admission, but there are lots of opportunities for intimate and private photos. If you’re looking for a quieter experience, please consider booking a weekday!
Photography Subjects/Clients: If you have multiple clients coming for a photoshoot, they are required to pay general admission for entry, but are permitted to stay after their photoshoot is complete to enjoy all that the Summer Days experience has to offer. Pick-your-own lavender, wildflowers, fruits, veggies and sunflowers can be added for additional costs.
Time: The Photographer’s Pass allows you to be on the Pingle’s Playland premises and Summer Days premises for the entirety of the day, however, all photographers in the field must leave at closing time.
Cost: The Photographer’s Pass is $100 per day. This covers the photographers admission to the Flower Days experience and does not cover any assistants or anyone else helping to shoot or any clients admission fees. Once booked, the fee is non-refundable but is transferable with at least 24-hours notice.
Waiver & Photographer Policy: The photography waiver must be signed upon registering for the Photographer’s Pass. The waiver and photography policy is located on our website (below). Pingle’s Farm must receive the signed waiver and photographer policy no later than 24 hours prior to the date of your booked Photographer Pass. You will not be granted entry to the Flower Days experience without Pingle’s Farm having a signed copy of this waiver and policy. Please send a signed copy of your waiver and policy via email to events@pinglesfarmmarket.com.
Liability Insurance: You must have valid liability insurance and provide Pingle’s Farm with a copy of your insurance. You will not be granted entry to the Flower Days experience without Pingle’s Farm having a copy of your insurance. Please send a copy of your insurance via email to events@pinglesfarmmarket.com.
Assistants: Anyone assisting the photographer must pay for a general admission ticket.
This is a non-refundable, rain or shine event. The photographer’s pass is transferable with at least 24-hours notice.
