Planning a birthday party or group get together? No prob-llama! At Pingle’s Farm, we take events and parties VERY seriously and we’ve made it easy-peasy for you to plan your next group gathering at the farm!
Discounts are available depending on how many guests you have in attendance.

ALL BOOKINGS INCLUDE
- Exclusive use of our party tent in the Playland for 3 hours
- Access to our Playland with attractions including: slide hill, mini putt, Pingle’s race track, sandbox, basketball grain hoppers, straw pyramid, games, Bubble, Billy’s Bouncers, Animal Barn, Bunny Hut, Wagon Rides & more!
- Access to our pick-your-own fruit, veg and flower fields (pay for what you pick on-site).
- Birthday pail with goodies and 1 free event ticket for the birthday child
- Your choice of meal options from our Group Bookings Menu* *Add-On
- Dessert not provided. You’re welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes!
- One – 20x30ft tent, 6 picnic tables, each table seats 6-8 guests
Party pricing is based on the season, with bookings available between June 6th and September 27th. There are two time slots available every Saturday & Sunday:
10AM – 1PM
2PM – 5PM
You will be provided with half-hour before your tent rental time begins to decorate your tent space for your celebration.

Unsure how many guests will be attending at your time of booking? You can simply email events@pinglesfarmmarket.com with your booking number to add food on at a later date! (Only available to order or change until the Monday preceding your booked date)
THE FINE PRINT
Here are the other ‘Need To Knows’ for your tent rental.
- No outside food or drink allowed (except for cake, cupcake, and personal water bottles).
- We will supply forks, plates, & napkins on request.
- Tent is not decorated; your party host will be allotted a half-hour before your rental timeslot to decorate.
- No electricity available at the tent rental site.
- You are able to order food up until the Monday preceding your rental date; any orders later we will be unable to accommodate.

- We can accommodate 50 guests – if you have more please contact events@pinglesfarmmarket.com
