GENERAL INFORMATION
Where are you located?
The farm is located at 1805 Taunton Rd, Hampton, ON L0B 1J0.
Is outside food allowed in the event space?
Outside food is not permitted inside the event space. Guests are welcome to purchase food from our on-site concession stands or bring in items bought from our market. Personal water bottles are allowed.
How do I find out what events are coming up?
You can check out the events tab on our website, follow us @pinglesfarm on Instagram and Facebook, or sign up for our newsletter to know about all the happenings here at the farm.
Do you accept cash?
We only accept debit and credit (Visa and Mastercard) at our food concessions, at admissions (for pick-your-own fruit, veg & flowers) & in the fields.
Cash is accepted in our on-site farm market.
How do I get a Birthday Pie?
Our birthday pie program is for Frequent Farmer season pass holders only. If you are a Frequent Farmer, you will receive an email that you can show when you check out to claim your Pingle’s Birthday Pie. If you are not a season pass holder but you are signed up to our newsletter list, you can receive a FREE cafe-baked good of your choice from our market!
Do you have a newsletter?
Yes we do! You can sign up for our newsletter to keep up with the latest happenings at the farm and be notified directly about special promotions and deals for both our market and farm events.
What day should I visit the farm?
You can visit our market all year round during operating hours (Monday to Thursday, 10AM-6PM & Friday to Sunday, 9AM-6PM). If you’re planning to visit one of our events, check the event page for event operating hours. Please note that the farm is busier on Weekends!
Can I walk around your farm?
No, we are a working farm, so we don’t allow people to free roam the property. However, many of our events will take you to different areas of the farm (& some include wagon rides around the property!).
Are you open year round?
Yes! Our market is open year-round, 7 days a week. We also have different events, activities, and pick-your-own crops that change seasonally. Check out the Events tab to see what events we have going on for the current season!
Are you hiring?
Though we may not be actively hiring, we are always taking resumes! You can email your resume and cover letter to hiring@pinglesfarmmarket.com, and we will keep it on file.
Can I bring my dog?
While we love furry friends, dogs are not allowed inside our market/retail space. They’re welcome on the patio, in the courtyard, & at most of our outdoor events (check the event for specifics!)
In the event space, dogs are allowed in the playland & flower fields, but not in the pick-your-own fruit & veg areas. Dogs must be leashed at all times, and you must pick-up after them.
Working service dogs do not need a ticket to enter if they are wearing proper identification.
SEASON PASSES
Are food & drinks available at the farm?
On certain weekend general admission days, we have a variety of food & drink stations available. Check our booking calendar to see the schedule! During the week, you can grab tasty goodies & drinks in our cafe (located inside the market).
All food purchases are an additional cost.
Do I need to do anything before coming to the farm?
Once you’ve purchased your pass, you can show up at any time during General Admission hours without pre-booking! Just show your pass at admissions.
Are any events excluded?
The picking pass is just for General Admission days throughout our summer season. Special events (i.e. Yoga in the flower fields, Father’s Day BBQ, picnics etc.) would be excluded from both passes.
How long are the passes valid for?
Our Single/Family passes are valid from May 31 to September 1st, 2025.
Our Frequent Farmer passes are valid for one year, starting on the date of purchase.
Can I bring a guest with my pass?
The picking pass is only valid for the person(s) named on it. With a purchase of a Frequent Farmer pass, you will be able to have a one-time-use guest pass redeemable at any time of the year. If you’d like to come with someone who doesn’t have a pass, they can purchase regular admission online or at the door!
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are permitted with the purchase of a puppy ticket also available in a season pass option for a full year of admissions. This can be purchased at admissions or online on the event or season pass page!

TICKETS AND PRICING
Do you have discounts for groups?
For groups of 25+ Guests, you can save 10% off ticket price. For groups of 50+ Guests, you can save 15% off ticket price
Do you accept Access2 Passes?
Yes. We offer free admission for disability support workers. The Access2 card holder would need to purchase a ticket to the event.
How much is a doggy ticket?
A doggy ticket for an event is $10 +Fees. You can purchase one online in advance with your own tickets. Working service dogs do not need a ticket to enter if they are wearing proper identification.
How do I use a discount code?
When purchasing your tickets, after you have selected the time and date you would like to attend, before you check out, you can input your code in the box that says Coupon Code. Once you have typed in your code, click the Apply button to use the discount. Please note that most coupon codes are one-time use, so make sure you purchase all your tickets in the same order.
I need help with tickets!
You can create an account using the link found in your confirmation email to make any changes to tickets you have already purchased (i.e. date change, time change, or adding additional tickets.) For all other ticket questions, please email info@pinglesfarmmarket.com.
FOOD & BAKERY
How does Pingle's handle allergies?
Is your poutine vegetarian?
Yes! Our Pingles Poutine, Pickle Fries and Greek Fries (seasonal) are vegetarian-friendly!
Do you offer celiac friendly items food items in the event space?
While we can’t promise no cross-contamination, we do have dedicated gluten-free fryers and gluten-free food items to accommodate those with allergies.
Do your products contain nuts?
Although our current products do not contain nuts and we are very cautious, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination between products.
Are your products homemade?
Yes! The vast majority of our products are made in-house daily.
Do you carry gluten free/vegan items?
Yes, we do carry some gluten-free and vegan items in the cafe as well as our market. Some items are made in-house, and some items are brought in from Sweets of the Earth. We also carry both gluten-free options and vegan options in the event space.
Can I purchase a fancy coffee without entering the event space?
Yes you can! All of our fancy drink menu items are also on our cafe menu, which is located in our market. Our cafe also has exclusive bakery and drink items, so make sure to swing by on your visit.
Can I place a bakery order?
Yes! If you’re looking for a custom bakery order, please email bakery@pinglesfarmmarket.com. Our bakery is also open 7 days a week (located inside the market) for walk-ins! Our specialties include pies, donuts, cake pops, apple fritters & cookies, but the selection changes daily. If you would like to place a special order, please email us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
MARKET & PRODUCTS
Does the Market provide bags?
No. Our Market is bag-free, meaning we do not provide bags. We highly encourage people to bring their own bags to bring home all their market goodies.
Can we buy flowers / farm products from you?
Yes! You can either buy flowers in our market year-round or sign up for our petal club to receive flowers weekly or bi-weekly over the summer. You can also buy farm-fresh products in our market all year
Does the Greenhouse Market require an admission ticket?
No, the greenhouse market is free to enter.
Do you accept cash?
Cash is accepted in our on-site market and greenhouse market.
We only accept debit and credit (Visa and Mastercard) at our food concessions, at admissions (for pick-your-own fruit, veg & flowers) & in the fields that are in our event space.
When does the Greenhouse Market open?
The greenhouse market opens during event times. Currently, the greenhouse market will reopen in May for our tulip events.
EDUCATIONAL FARM TOURS
How long is the tour?
We typically recommend you allow 3- 4 hours on the farm to enjoy the full experience at Pingle’s. However, customized schedules can be jointly developed depending on the amount of time you have available. Contact schooltours@pinglesfarmmarket.
When can our class arrive?
Tour time slots are 30 minute windows. Please arrive during your 30 minute arrival window to help keep things running smoothly for check-in! However, we understand coordinating large groups is difficult, and if you’re running early or late we understand!
Where can we leave our belongings during the tour?
Upon arrival, you will check in at our admissions booth, and your class will be assigned a space to place all your things.
Are there washrooms on site?
Yes! We have outdoor washroom facilities available.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes! Parking is available for additional vehicles that will be joining your class tour. We ask that any buses please be parked closer to the back of the parking lot.
Will the market be open?
Yes! The market will be open for staff and students to shop before or after their tour.
