Make Friday night a (pizza) party with our NEW Sourdough Pizza Pies! Each week, we’ll be offering several different recipes to choose from, including gluten-free & vegetarian options. Simply pre-place your order through our website, & pick it up Friday night!
What makes our pizza pies so special you ask? The from-scratch dough! The sourdough crust is a recipe Chef Ben has been playing around with for a few years. It originated as part of his ‘chef in the bush’ cooking, using his 2.5 year old sourdough starter & an open fire. While we don’t have a traditional wood fire oven in the Pingle’s market, we’ve been able to tweak this recipe to give it that traditional feel, & use the sourdough starter to create the unique flavour. We then pile the pizza pies with a homemade sauce & fresh, locally sourced toppings (most of which you can find in our market!). As Chef Ben likes to say… ‘delicious on top of delicious equals delicious.’
All pizza pies must be pre-ordered through our website. The order cut off is Thursday at 3pm. This cut off time may seem early, but it’s because our special sourdough crust needs 24 hours to properly ferment.

Moo-garita Pizza Tomato sauce base, topped with locally grown tomatoes, fresh basil pesto & Ontario-made mozzarella cheese
Pingue Pepperoni A classic pizza, with an elevated twist. Our sourdough crust is topped with tomato sauce, Ontario-made mozzarella cheese, & Pinque Salami Al Prosciutto. This blend of 2 favourites (prosciutto & salami) is a fan favourite because of it’s old world taste & quality, but it’s made in Niagara using antibiotic & hormone free pork!
Premium Pizza Pies • 14 inches (large) • $22 each
I Can’t Believe It’s Vegan! Tomato sauce base, topped with Nut Cheese, locally grown kale, peppers, onions, mushrooms & green olives.
Spicy Pig Tomato sauce base, topped with Willowtree pork sausage, soppressata, hot peppers, & a blend of Ontario-made mozzarella & parmesan cheese.
Pulled Pig BBQ sauce base, topped with house-made pulled pork (which is made with a secret recipe that includes apple cider vinegar, staying true to our apple orchard roots!) smokey cheese & caramelized onions & peppers.
Grilled Veggie Tomato sauce base, topped with locally grown grilled zucchini, onions, cherry tomatoes, red onions, a blend of parmesan & mozzarella, pesto & a balsamic reduction.
The Scape Goat House-made garlic scape pesto base, topped with Ontario-made mozzarella, locally forged sautéed wild mushrooms, caramelized onions & goat cheese. Finished with a balsamic reduction drizzle.
Pickled Pie Caramelized Onion & Garlic base, topped with our famous pickles, bacon, french fries & mozzarella.
WEEKLY FEATURE The Ulti-meat Pizza Pie Tomato sauce base, fresh mozzarella, house-smoked brisket, ham, shredded chicken & double smoked bacon crumbles.
Gluten-Free Crust Any of our pizzas can be made gluten-free! +$3
Please note our gluten-free crust is cauliflower-based and 10 inches. Our gluten-free crust is not vegan (contains milk, cheese & eggs).

Classic: Romaine lettuce, house-made sourdough crotons, Willowtree double-smoked bacon bits, parmesan cheese, caesar dressing.
Vegan Gluten-Free: Kale, gluten-free croutons, salted nut bits, house-made Caesar vinaigrette, topped with nutritional yeast.

The KNEAD to know:
- Pizza pies come par-baked, so you can heat them up at home for optimal freshness and flavour.
- Cooking instructions will be included, but you only need to plan for 8-10 minutes cooking time.
- If you don’t want to eat your pizza right away, it can be frozen!

- You can pick up your Pizza Friday afternoon between 3pm – 6pm.
