How It Works
Pick a Day: The Photographer’s Pass is available seasonally as per the booking calendar and during times when the farm is open to the public.
Pick a Time: The Photographer’s Pass is valid for 1 hour.
Photography Subjects/Clients: You may have multiple clients during your time slot and that’s ok! They will need to pay general admission but they can then enjoy the farm.
Cost: The pass is $100 per hour. This covers the photographer’s admission to the farm only. It does not cover any assistants or anyone else helping for the shoot or any client’s admission fees. The fee, once booked, is non-refundable, but is transferable with proper notice.
Waiver: You must sign the waiver upon registering for the pass. Pingle’s must receive this completed and signed waiver at least 24 hours prior to your booked session. You will not be able to enter the farm without Pingle’s having a copy of this waiver.
Liability Insurance: You must have valid liability insurance and provide Pingle’s Farm with a copy of your insurance. Pingle’s must receive this completed and signed waiver at least 24 hours prior to your booked session. You will not be able to enter the Experience without Pingle’s having a copy of this insurance.
