Q: I’m confused, my time slot is only 30 minutes!

Timeslots are in 30 minute increments. You may arrive anytime within your time slot and stay for as long as you like on the farm.

Q: Do I have to pre-book tickets?

A: Pre-booking tickets is STRONGLY recommended.  You also save $4 / ticket by booking online in advance! If the day doesn’t sell out we will welcome walk-ins, but so far this season days have been selling out up to a week in advance.  You can book your tickets on our website!

Q: Can I just walk in to go to the farm?

A: It depends! We don’t allow people to just ‘walk around’ our property.  We are a working farm & it’s not safe. You can visit our website to find out what events are going on this month that you can attend.  Each event will outline if you can walk-in or need to pre-book.  If you’re looking to shop at our farm market, you can come anytime. It’s open from 9am – 6pm daily.

Q: I don’t see how to book tickets on your website. How would I go about doing that?

A: You will find ‘book now’ buttons on each EVENT PAGE & also on our homepage banner.  You can find all our events in the Event drop-down menu across the top of our homepage.

Q: Do you allow dogs on your farm?

A: Yes! Pups are welcome on all Harvest Festival days with the purchase of a Pup Ticket.

Q: Do you do birthday parties?

A: Yes we do! For more info please visit our Birthday Party page (under groups)

Q: What does the Harvest Festival ticket include?

A: The Harvest Festival ticket (Saturday – Sunday) includes admission to the farm, our 8 acre corn maze, the play land, a wagon ride, access to the apple orchards, live music, and access to lots of yummy sweet and savoury food options (food is an additional cost). You can also add a bag of pick-your-own apples (additional cost).

We also have a special discounted admission ticket available Tuesday – Thursday that includes everything listed above, with the exception of the wagon ride, food stations & live music.

Q: Is a pumpkin included in the admission ticket?

A: No. Pumpkins are sold on site. The pumpkin patch will open September 24th – October 30th.

Q: Is the admission ticket good for one family or is this a per person cost?

A: This is per person, for anyone between the ages of 2 – 92.

Q: What are maze-o-vision glasses?

A: Maze-o-vision glasses give you a competitive edge in our corn maze! They allow you to view your secret map at ANY TIME! Without the glasses you can only view your map at special check points throughout the maze.

Q: Are you open this year?

A: Yes! Visit our website to find out what we’re offering at this time.

Q: Are you open to pick-your-own pumpkins?

A: Pick-your-own pumpkins will be available during our Harvest Festival near the end of September. You MUST purchase a Harvest Festival ticket.  If you don’t want to partake in Harvest Festival we have LOTS of pre-picked pumpkins available on our front lawn and in the market.  No ticket is required for those. Please check our social channels to see when pumpkins will be available.

Q: Are we able to walk to the pumpkin patch?

A: No, you cannot walk. The wagon ride provides a beautiful view of the farm while taking you down to the patch, and is one of our most loved activities!

Q: Do you allow strollers? And can we take strollers into the corn maze or on the wagon ride?

A: We allow strollers, but please keep in mind the ground may be bumpy, uneven and / or muddy in some areas of the farm. Strollers are also allowed on the wagon ride, but please keep it in mind there are a few steps to get onto the wagon.

Q: Your tickets say ages 2-92. Does this mean children under the age of 2 aren’t allowed at your farm?

A: Children under the age of 2 are free and don’t require a ticket.

Q: I want to pick apples on the weekend but I don’t want to pay for the Harvest Festival tickets. How do I do that?

A: If you want to pick apples on the weekend, you have to pay for the Harvest Festival ticket.

Q: Can we buy pumpkins without attending the festival? Do you still have pumpkins on your front lawn?

A: We have LOTS of pre-picked pumpkins available at our Harvest Market entrance (beside the greenhouse) and in the Harvest Market (in the greenhouse).  No ticket is required for those. These pumpkins consist of classic orange pumpkins of all sizes, gourds, white pumpkins, funky pumpkins etc.  There is something for everyone!

Q: Do you offer pick-your-own apples?

A: Yes! Our apple orchard is 15 acres and has 10 different apple varieties! You can find hours of operations, pricing and what we’re picking on our website.

Q: Why do we have to pay general admissions to pick-your-own apples during the week?

A: Our pick-your-own fields are part of the event offerings, which also includes entry to the playland and animal area, therefore a general admissions ticket is required for entry.

Q: I want to book (a certain day) but it’s not letting me. What is the problem? Am I doing something wrong?

A: If there are no options, that activity is not offered on that day.

Q: Is the farm accessible?

A: The wagon is not wheelchair accessible. There are steps required to get on the wagon. You are permitted to bring strollers, however, depending on the weather and terrain, they may not work very well as the ground can be uneven or muddy. Please contact our Events Team at events@pinglesfarmmarket.com if you require special assistance.

Q: Will you run the event if the forecast is calling for rain?

A: This is a rain or shine event! Please dress for the weather. In case of severe inclement weather (i.e lightning), Pingle’s Farm Market reserves the right to cancel the event. In such instances, there will be a rain date rescheduling.
