It’s time to pre-order your locally raised Easter proteins & pre-made sides! Choose from turkeys (a range of sizes available) & hams. Pick-up is available between April 1st – 4th. When ordering online, you’ll be asked to pay a $10 deposit for each item. Final price will be provided and the rest of the payment will be collected at pick-up. Please note the $10 deposit it non-refundable.
The kitchen will also be cooking up from-scratch sides & taking pre-orders for their famous Pingle’s Pies & scratch-made desserts to help take away from the stress of holiday cooking! You can find their menu below.

A LIMITED NUMBER of Turkeys & Holiday Hams will be available in the following range of sizes. While we will do our best to get you as close to your requested size as possible, we cannot guarantee it. Skin On Scallop Potatoes (GF) Why keep the skins? They are the part of the potato with the most vitamins & minerals, plus we want to capture all the local flavor we can! Made with cream & a variety of Willowtree Farm grown potatoes.
Grandma’s Classic Mash (GF) Smooth & simple, just how grandma used to make! We only use locally grown Willowtree potatoes & butter, letting the potatoes speak for themselves!
Green Bean, Mushroom & Fried Onion Casserole (Vegan) Ontario green beans & assorted gourmet mushrooms, topped with thinly sliced, breaded then fried onions.
Sugar Bush Sweet Potato Mash (GF) Maple syrup tapped in the Willowtree sugar bush, blended with locally grown sweet potatoes.
Kicka** Stuffing A bold name for a show-stealing side dish. Made with Chef Ben’s from-scratch sourdough focaccia, a Pingle’s staple!
Durham’s Finest Roasted Roots (GF) Carrots, rutabaga, parsnips, turnips & beets, seasoned with a secret spice blend & perfectly roasted. If you can find it grown in Durham, it’s in this mix!
Pingle’s Roasted Squash (Vegan) Grown right here on our property, then prepared in our kitchen. We lightly sweetened the squash, then roast it for a rich flavour. Pingle’s grown & Pingle’s prepared – it doesn’t get any better than that!
Cranberry Sauce – $5 (250ml, GF, Vegan) Why mess with a classic! Made fresh in house with Ontario grown cranberries.
Pingle’s Perfect Turkey Gravy – $12 (1 litre) With apples being one of our biggest crops, we had to work a hint of apples into the menu! The secret ingredient that makes this gravy so delicious is APPLE CIDER! We use it to deglaze our turkey bones!
Demi Glaze (Gluten-Free) – $15 We take our house-made Willowtree Farm Beef Bone Broth & reduce it down (10 times!) to make a delicious rich, gluten-free gravy.
