It’s time to place your Christmas order! Choose from turkeys (a range of sizes available), holiday hams, pre-made sides, baked goods & Pingle’s Pies! ¬†Pick-up dates vary, see below for details! ¬†

Please note, when ordering a PROTEIN online, you’ll be asked to pay a $10 deposit for each item (i.e turkey & hams). ¬†The final price will be provided and the rest of the payment will be collected at pick-up. ¬†Please note the $10 deposit it non-refundable.

Sides, baked goods & pies are charged in full.


We’ve partnered with our sister farm, Willowtree Farm, to bring you the best of the best this holiday season. ¬†A LIMITED NUMBER of Turkeys & Holiday Hams will be available in the following range of sizes. ¬†While we will do our best to get you as close to your requested size as possible, we cannot guarantee it. ¬†All proteins come FRESH & UNCOOKED.

Looking for the perfect pairings for your protein? Treat yourself to made-from-scratch sides from our kitchen! These sides are fully cooked, so all you need to do is heat them up when you’re ready to eat! All sides are $13 (1.5lbs, feeds 3-4 depending on portion size).¬†

Holiday turkeys, hams & sides can be picked up Dec 22 & 23 (9am – 6pm) and Dec 24th (9am – 1pm)

Redskin Smashed Potatoes РGF 

Sugar Bush Sweet Potato Mash РGF Maple syrup tapped in the Willowtree sugar bush, blended with locally grown sweet potatoes.

Kicka** Stuffing A bold name for a show-stealing side dish.  Made with Chef Ben’s from-scratch sourdough focaccia, a Pingle’s staple!

Durham’s Finest Roasted Roots РGF Carrots, rutabaga, parsnips, turnips & beets, seasoned with a secret spice blend & perfectly roasted.  If you can find it grown in Durham, it’s in this mix!

Mushroom & Green Bean Casserole РVegan Topped with crispy fried onions. 

    HOLIDAY HAMS – $8.20 / lb

    Choice of half (approx. 5lbs) or whole (approx. 10lbs) 

    Christmas Cranberry Sauce – $6 (250ml) Why mess with a classic! Made fresh in house with Ontario grown cranberries.

    Pingle’s Perfect Turkey Gravy Р$12 (1 litre) With apples being one of our biggest crops, we had to work a hint of apples into the holiday menu! The secret ingredient that makes this gravy so delicious is APPLE CIDER! We use it to deglaze our turkey bones!

    Buttery Flakey Rolls $4.50 РPack of 6. Croissant meets dinner roll in these light, melt in your mouth buttery rolls. 

      Sweet treats are available for pick on Saturday & Sunday (9am – 6pm) Nov 26th – Dec 18th, and all week from Dec 19th – Dec 24th (9am – 6pm, with the exception of 1pm on the 24th).

      Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.


      Christmas cookies so good, you might not be able to save any for Santa! Assorted, scratch-made selection. Approx. 24 pieces per box. 


      A Pingle’s favourite! Perfect for warming up Christmas morning. 6 per pack. 


      Cranberry Orange, scratch-made in house! 


      Pingle’s classic donut, made with our house-made apple cider, deep fried, then tossed in sugar. ¬†12 per box.

      A 6 or 12 pack of assorted scones, chefs choice. Flavours may include things like lemon blueberry, cranberry orange, cinnamon crunch, gingerbread, Christmas morning, raspberry white chocolate & chocolate pecan.


      A tasty gluten-free alternative to your classic Christmas cake. We take layers of almond sponge cake, meringue and crunchy chocolate, sandwiched between light coffee buttercream to create what tastes like a cake version of a classic Coffee Crisp candy bar!

      Pre-order your favourite flavour to avoid disappointment this holiday season! Pie’s are $13-$15 each, choice of:¬†
