Q: Do I have to pre-book tickets for Christmas Fest?
A: Pre-booking tickets for Christmas Fest is STRONGLY recommended. If the day doesn’t sell out we will welcome walk-ins, but so far this season days have been selling out up to a week in advance. You can book your tickets on our website! Tickets are not required to shop in the main market or Mistletoe Market.
Q: Can I just walk around the farm?
A: It depends! We don’t allow people to just ‘walk around’ our property. We are a working farm & it’s not safe. You can visit our website to find out what events are going on this month that you can attend. Each event will outline if you can walk-in or need to pre-book. If you’re looking to shop at our farm market, you can come anytime. It’s open from 9am – 6pm daily. Our Mistletoe Market will be opening at the end of November (check our website for updates!). We’re also adding fire pits and small seating areas to our courtyard that you can use while enjoying a hot drink or tasty treat from our bakery!
Q: I don’t see how to book tickets on your website. How would I go about doing that?
A: You will find ‘book now’ buttons on each EVENT PAGE. There is also a ‘get tickets’ button on our menu. You can find all our events in the Event drop-down menu across the top of our homepage.
Q: Do you allow dogs on your farm?
A: Yes! Due to popular demand we’ve introduced a ‘Santa Paws’ ticket for Christmas Fest. Each Santa Paws ticket is $10 and includes admission to the farm for your pup, so they can enjoy everything from the wagon ride to meeting the man of the hour, Santa! Full details can be found on our website.
Service dogs are welcome at any time, for no charge. If you are bringing a service dog, please contact us ahead of time to provide the appropriate paperwork.
Q: Do you do birthday parties?
A: Only during the summer months, due to limited indoor space for hosting.
Q: What does the Christmas Fest ticket include? A: The Christmas Fest ticket includes a story time wagon ride, DIY Craft, (perfect for children ages 2-10), access to the Pingle’s entertainment area (a very festive food & bar menu coming soon!), Christmas cookie decorating with Mrs. Claus, live music (a mix of musicians and carollers!), craft station (perfect for children ages 2-10), Pingle’s off-duty reindeer (goats & our newest additions, alpacas & mini donkeys!), a photo with the star of the show, SANTA CLAUS! (taken on your own device, Santa’s elves are available to assist if needed!), the chance to pick your perfect Christmas tree from our ‘Christmas Tree Lot’ & shop in Mistletoe Market for locally sourced artisanal gifts, scratch-made treats, holiday decor & more!
Q: Is the admission ticket good for one family or is this a per person cost?
A: This is per person, for anyone aged 2 & up.
Q: What is the difference between the VIP admission and general admission?
A: VIP admission means you can come anytime during your chosen day (instead of having to arrive during a 30 minute time slot). VIP tickets can be found under the 9-9:30am time slot. Even though they are tagged as 9-9:30am you can show up at anytime.
Q: What is open during the weekdays?
A: Our market and Mistletoe Market are open 7 days a week.
Q: Are you open this year?
A: Yes! Visit our website to find out what we’re offering at this time.
Q: Do you allow strollers? And can we take our stroller on the wagon ride?
A: We allow strollers, but please keep in mind the ground may be bumpy, uneven and / or muddy in some areas of the farm. There are 2-3 steps to get on the wagon ride.
Q: Your tickets say ages 2-92. Does this mean children under the age of 2 aren’t allowed at your farm?
A: Children under the age of 2 are free and don’t require a ticket.
Q: I want to purchase a Christmas tree but I don’t want to pay for the Christmas Fest tickets. How do I do that?
A: Tickets are not required to purchase a Christmas tree! You can shop our Christmas trees anytime between 9am – 6pm, 7 days a week.
Q: What type of Christmas Trees do you sell? Can I cut down my own tree?
A: All of our trees are pre-cut! This year we will have a selection of Balsam Fir & Fraser Fir, ranging from 6 – 9 feet tall.
Q: I want to book (a certain day) but it’s not letting me. What is the problem? Am I doing something wrong?
A: If there are no options, either that activity is not offered on that day or we’ve already sold out!
Q: I’m trying to book, but it’s only letting me book 1 ticket at a time, why can’t I book more?
A: Our system only shows however many tickets are available. If only 1 is appearing, that means there is only 1 ticket left for the time slot you’re trying to purchase.
Q: Is the farm accessible?
A: The wagon is not wheelchair accessible. There are steps required to get on the wagon. You are permitted to bring strollers, however, depending on the weather and terrain, they may not work very well as the ground can be uneven or muddy. Please contact our Events Team at events@pinglesfarmmarket.com if you require special assistance.
Q: Will you run the event if the forecast is calling for rain?
A: This is a rain or shine event! Please dress for the weather. In case of severe inclement weather (i.e lightning), Pingle’s Farm Market reserves the right to cancel the event. In such instances, there will be a rain date rescheduling.
Q: I can’t come anymore, can I get a refund or reschedule?
This is a non-refundable, rain or shine event. A $3 per ticket rebooking fee will apply to any ticket changes. Changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance & we cannot guarantee they will be accommodated. All changes must be requested through the rebooking form that can be found on our website. If we can accommodate your change, you’ll be notified in 24-48 hours.
Q: I’m confused, why is my time slot is only 30 minutes!
Timeslots are in 30 minute increments. You may arrive anytime within your timeslot. VIP Admission can access the farm anytime from 9:30am-3:30pm and stay for as long as they like within operating hours.
