Blueberry Quick Bread

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until fine. Stir in walnuts.
In a small bowl, beat eggs lightly and stir milk and vanilla.
Stir in flour mix just until flour is moistened.
Gently stir blueberries into batter. Spoon batter into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centre loaf comes out clean.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour 625 mL
1 tbsp baking powder 15 mL
6 tbsp butter 90 mL
3/4 cup chopped walnuts 175 mL
1 tsp vanilla 5 mL
3/4 cup sugar 175 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL
2 eggs  
1 cup milk 250 mL
1 1/2 cups Ontario Blueberries 500 g
